If I open the top window and put my computer as far as possible out of the window, I get internet access!!!
But it's a very uncomfortable 'too low for standing', 'too high for sitting'- position, so I found out this one was the most comfortable:

I have to mention we are not stealing anyone's internet here. Outside of our top window we can get the last little bit of internet from the Men's household, who live around the corner and who gave us permission to use their internet as long as we don't have it installed in our house.
